What is the latest date for any name changes?
We will accept name changes until 6pm on 9th April. Changes made less than 2 weeks prior to the Awards are unlikely to be correct in the printed literature, due to our print deadlines.

Can I request that guests at my table are seated in a specific order?
Yes, if you provide us with a table plan. We will place guests clockwise around the table with the first guest having their back to the stage.

How do I ensure my dietary requirements are catered for?
Please inform us of any requirements with your guests’ names. We respectfully request that guests do not ask for a vegetarian meal unless they have pre-ordered one.

How much table wine is included?
½ bottle per person. For a table of 12 this is allocated as 3 bottles of red wine and 3 bottles of white wine. For a table of 10 this is allocated as 3 bottles of red wine and 2 bottles of white wine.

Yes, wine waiters will be on hand during the dinner and the bar will be open throughout the evening. Details about pre-ordering and setting up a credit account for drinks will be sent before the dinner.

Yes, telephones will be found in the main reception however we strongly recommend booking in advance.

Is there an official photographer?
Yes, photos are taken of each winner receiving their Award on stage. At the end of the ceremony all finalists are called onto the stage for group photos. The photos can be viewed and purchased at the debrief meeting which will be arranged for each finalist following the Awards, or alternatively call WOW Effect.
